When choosing a name, we aimed to create something aspirational yet attainable. The connection to New York’s Upper East Side adds a sense of prestige and excitement while remaining relevant to the development’s location on the east side of London.
A logo inspired by the building’s form, along with an extensive and versatile colour palette, set the foundation for brochures, a website, launch materials, hoarding and much more.
