In Tottenham Hale, North London, the waterside development RISE 17 showcases approximately 500 new homes, modern retail spaces, and canal-side public areas.
Waterside Places, the developer, tasked us with naming and branding this ambitious project. Taking inspiration from the nearby lock number 17 on the River Lea, we coined the name ‘Rise’ for the prominent 26-story residential building, and we meticulously crafted all supporting marketing materials.
Following our successful partnership with Waterside Places, we have continued our collaboration, also contributing to Brentford Lock West.
