Ilsham Grange is a project from The PG Group in Torbay delivering a collection of luxury homes and apartments, alongside the restoration of historic residences on the site.
Building on our successful collaboration with Carriageworks, another PG Group development, we were entrusted with crafting a name and comprehensive brand for Ilsham Grange. This included not only the overarching development but also distinctive sub-brands for different areas and phases.
We created a gorgeous logo, blending sun and clock motifs to pay homage to the development's history and seaside setting. Additionally, we produced a plethora of marketing collateral, including brochures, site signage, and advertisements, while managing the website and social media accounts to drive leads and sales.
With Phase One now sold out, we are actively supporting the rollout of the apartments and historic quarter.
