bring to the table.
We are also developers ourselves. We invest in small projects and use our marketing skills to promote and sell. It’s unusual, but it keeps us up to speed with building techniques and the vagaries of the planning process. It’s called putting your money where your mouth is!

Stepping out into private sales, Curo has broadened its horizons from its original affordable housing portfolio
Working closely with the team at Curo, we helped them to realise their vision for Bath’s new development; Mulberry Park.
This former Foxhill MOD site in Combe Down, just two miles from Bath city centre, is being redeveloped into a distinctive, contemporary development of 700 high quality homes, community facilities and open spaces.
Having researched the local area, fully understood the clients wants and needs and taken time to analyse the target audience for this project, we set about creating a brand that would tell the right story. It was important that Curo be seen as the lead developer but that brand also worked with sub developers on this site such as Bellway.
We later created all additional collateral such as launch materials, brochures, signage, press adverts and HTMLs.

as Quinta Properties exceptional service and sales performance has led to their 15th year as an associate of Savills.

Drummond House is located at the award-winning Royal Arsenal Riverside development in Woolwich, part of the Berkeley Group scheme.
The brief from Nottinghill Housing was to concept a brand that conveys affordable living in a premium development.
Three brand concepts were presented illustrating strap lines and different colour palettes, in the end a typography approach was picked.
Following the brand sign off we designed and printed a perfect bound brochure with various print finishes to the cover; a foil block strap line, spot UV varnish to the logo, finishing with a soft touch laminate. Inside, the brochure showcased the exclusive area of Royal Arsenal Riverside and floor plans for each apartment. What was particularly enticing for us was that our client was keen to let the imagery do the talking, therefore after commissioning
a photographer to shoot the location we had fantastic vibrant imagery of lifestyle
to use throughout the brochure and for other marketing literature.
We also designed and programmed various HTML’s with different staged messaging including strong call to actions requesting the viewer to register their interest. Not only this, the creative provided a tease up to the launch by featuring new CGI’s, keeping the viewer engaged and keen to hear more.

In May 2015 Phase One of Bridge Quay launched at Toto’s Wine Bar with a staggering outcome.
All 39 one and two bedroom apartments were SOLD that weekend!
Following the first launch, the remaining 20 properties were released in September 2015 in conjunction with the opening of the show apartment. These apartments had equal success and were sold within a couple of weeks.
Prior to the launch weekend Village, working with Savills and Ocean estate agents, were commissioned to advise and manage all the associated marketing for every aspect of the scheme. This included all the digital and print requirements; the main website, HTML’s, leaflets, invitations, hoarding, a host brochure, a floor plan brochure and the launch event stands at
Toto’s wine bar. Not only this Village also organised a location photo shoot and aerial photography using a Bristol
Surrounding the development on the waterside was a huge banner, featuring
a woman called Bridget. Village designed and produced the banner and Bridget
was a huge hit. Towering over the Bristol Bridge people came from afar to view. Even the mayor George Ferguson tweeted ‘Love this hoarding’ and Bridget was the cover image on the Anniversary edition
of the Bristol Life publication.

Kewside is Nottinghill London’s second riverside development on the Brentford/Kew border,
consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom private and affordable apartments.
We were invited to pitch for the marketing of the Kewside scheme which is located on the edge of the river Thames. Naturally the focus was water with the secondary sell on the location and transport links. Three names, logos and brands with corresponding marketing collateral were presented and Kewside was chosen.
We have designed two brochures: one
for private sale and one for the affordable housing market. A mixture of textures on the cover meant we created
a tactile but informative document.
A hoarding, website, web banners, adverts, billboards and launch material have also been produced.

The Savills Land Team in Bristol are taking a new approach to marketing land
To stay ahead of the game, Savills are commissioning bespoke, high end brochures for the sale of land. Why use basic literature to market land, just because it's not the end product? The buyer could be paying millions for the land and therefore it warrants a high quality brochure to showcase the information.
A mixture of litho and digital print processes were used to produce high quality brochures for the sale of a site in Warminster Road, Bath and Hope House School, Bath. The mixture of print process meant we were able to deliver a small print run on time and on budget without compromising on quality.

Quadrant Quay is a new development of apartments, penthouses, split-level homes and townhouses set within Plymouth’s Coastal Quarter.
English Cities Fund (ECf) was created by the Government to pave the way for higher levels of private investment in the
re-shaping of our towns and cities.
They create high-quality, mixed-use regeneration schemes around the UK.
Our fresh and sophisticated creative along with years of experience in the property market won us the pitch.
Set right on the waterside we have capitalised on marina living with the tag line “Breathe in the Ocean”. Coupled with stunning imagery this suite of marketing collateral truly is a breath of fresh air!
Sales at Quadrant Quay have been hugely successful and ECf are now planning a second phase of the scheme.
